Whether you are new to MUN or a returning MUNer,
Best Delegate will guide and set you up to succeed at our MUN Conferences
New to Model UN? During your first 6 weeks students will learn:
- How to write and deliver Opening Speeches with awesome structure and style
- How to research for MUN Conferences
- How to build alliances when negotiating for your country’s policy
- About the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and other key global issues
- How to Draft Model UN Resolutions
- How to Build & Lead your Bloc in Model UN
Returning Model UN Students? Weekly practices focusing on:
- How to enhance your public speaking skills and give feedback to peers
- How to be a leader in MUN Committees and run your bloc efficiently
- How to run MUN Committees as a Chair or Crisis Staffer
- How to use MUN to achieve the SDGs in your community
- How to do advanced research and navigate UN databases
- How to write, brand, and amend advanced MUN Resolutions

Virtual Model UN Conferences
Two virtual Best Delegate Model UN conferences are included. Conferences take place on the following Saturdays from 12-6pm Eastern.

April 15, 2023
Students who are unable to attend the dates above can substitute for the February 11 conference.
Students will receive committee assignments based on their experience level leading up to each Model UN conference. Students new to MUN will be in Training Conferences. Students with MUN experience will be in Advanced Conferences with a mix of advanced and crisis committees.
Parents are welcome to observe the conferences!

The Model UN Teams experience is similar to joining a fun after-school club or a world-class sports travel team. On our MUN Teams students develop the confidence to change the world and experience a sense of belonging as they bond with like-minded friends.

Model UN helps students build confidence to lead in this world. Students build skills in public speaking, debate, research, negotiation, and teamwork by representing different countries and solving real-life global issues.
Change
MUN Teams mentors inspire students to change the world. Students are empowered to lead meetings, at MUN conferences and in their community. Mentors attend top colleges, volunteer, and pursue impactful careers.
Private Coaching
Optional Add On
Private Coaching is a 1-on-1 personalized experience where an expert college MUN award-winner helps a student accelerate their preparation for Model UN conferences.
Students will meet with a MUN mentor virtually once per month for one hour for three months. Sessions will cover topics including: Research, Public Speaking, and developing Possible Solutions.
Flexible dates and times allow students to work on their MUN skills on their own schedule, and prepare for their upcoming conference with ease!
Upon successful registration, you'll receive a Private Coaching-specific Onboarding Email during your first week of class to schedule your Private Coaching sessions.
Private Coaching is $250 for a package of 3x one-hour sessions.
