In our Junior Crisis program, middle school students debate real-world politics during fast-paced Model UN Crisis Simulations
In one week, students will level up their Model UN and debate skills through 15 hours of live programs facilitated by our MUN Mentors. Classes include a mix of public speaking and debate drills, including feedback, team-based activities for learning advanced MUN strategies, and fun icebreakers, trivia, and games so students get to know each other.
Students get ready for a different final Model United Nations simulation that takes place at the end of each week! In the Model UN simulation, students will represent different countries and debate and work together to solve a real world issue. Parents are welcome to watch the final simulation! Students earn a Certificate of Completion at the end of the week.
Students are highly recommended to do multiple weeks in order to gain a well-rounded understanding of different world issues and country policies. More importantly, students get to build confidence to speak and lead, connect deeper with their new friends, and gain self-awareness from feedback over multiple weeks.
