Private Model UN Teams
Learn public speaking skills and debate world issues in Model United Nations!
The MUN Beginner Team is a fun and engaging after-school online program where students learn public speaking and debating, and work together with new friends in preparation for attending two Model United Nations Training Conferences.
In this program, you will:
- Learn public speaking and debate skills
- Represent different countries and solve world issues
- Attend two Best Delegate MUN Training Conferences
- Be inspired by engaging MUN Mentors
- Make new friends who are hopeful about the future
- Build confidence and celebrate team success
Weekly Schedule
The program runs from October 18 to January 19, with a Winter Break scheduled in December. Students attend 2 MUN Conferences on November 20 and January 15.
Students meet for one hour per week.

Week 4 | November 8-12 | Negotiation - practice the art of diplomacy and building allies in MUN |
Week 5 | November 15-19 | Resolutions - learn how turn your solutions into a MUN resolution |

Week 6 | November 22-26 | Debrief from the conference and receive your next country/topic assignment |

In Model United Nations, students step into the shoes of world leaders working together to solve global challenges. They represent different countries, learn how to research, practice public speaking, and grow into confident student leaders who are prepared for college and their future careers.
